What We Don't Allow
These standards protect homeowners, renters, and the good tradies who do the right thing.

Unlicensed work
Anyone without the required trade licence for their category is rejected. No exceptions.

Uninsured
No insurance means no access. If a tradie's insurance lapses, their account is suspended until it is renewed.

Identity mismatch
If the name on the licence does not match the Belong account, the application is rejected pending clarification.

Poor track record
Tradies with a pattern of complaints, unresolved disputes, or consistently low ratings are removed from the platform.
